Mitsubishi QM30DY-2H dual darlington transistor module, 30A / 1000V

Mitsubishi QM30DY-2H was sold in USA by Powerex. They called it Powerex KD221K03.

Mitsubishi was the last manufacturer, who built this type of module. However, the production of all darlington transistors has been stopped also by Mitsubishi / Powerex in the year 2000.

The modules offered here are orginal new (old) stock parts in original packing. Never used, and made in Japan. Not in China.
