Mitsubishi QM15TD-H sixpack darlington transistor module, 15A / 600V Mitsubishi was the last manufacturer, who built this type of module. However, the production of all darlington transistors has been stopped also by Mitsubishi / Powerex in the year 2000. The modules offered here are orginal new (old) stock parts. Never used.
