You want to see your IGBT together with the new standard gate driver core Isahaya VLA542-01R in action? No problem, take this evaluation board, which comes fully populated, and let any standard IGBT with 1200 V and up to 400 A run with it. The board comes with 2 gate drivers type Ishaya VLA542-01R and two voltage/power supplies type VLA106-15242, so it is ready to use for single or dual IGBT modules of A, NF and NFH series (of Mitsubishi / Powerex. Others not yet tested).
