Mitsubishi dual IGBT module, type CM75DY-34A, 75A / 1700V
The dual IGBT module CM75DY-34A covers switching and inverter purposes for currents up to 75 Ampere offering a maximum blocking voltage of 1700 Volts. CM75DY-34A is intended for standard applications wit frequencies up to 20 kHz.
Mitsubishi CM75DY-34A is branded in America by Powerex. The module uses CSTBT chips for low switching losses. Inside of CM75DY-34A two IGBTs are configured with one freewheeling diode each as a half bridge.
Please note, that the delivery time of Mitsubishi for these parts is approx. 4 months.
