Mitsubishi MOSFET module 300A / 150V, full controlled 3 phase bridge configuration. Every power class of Mitsubishi MOSFET module family (FM200 = 100 A, FM400 = 200 A or FM600 = 300A) is offered also in 3 different voltage classes: '-07A' = 75 V, '-2A' = 100V and '-3A' = 150V. A higher maximum blocking voltage of the MOSFET transistor module goes along with the disadvantage of thicker chips resulting in reduced flow rate. The static losses of FM600TU-07A will be inherently lower compared to MOSFET type FM600TU-3A. typical applications: -AC motor control with battery power source, -UPS FM600TU-3A is fully compatible to FM400TU-3A. Control connectors at the module: Tyco 917353-1 and Tyco 179838-1.
