Mitsubishi QM30DY-H was sold in USA by Powerex. They called it Powerex KD224503.
Mitsubishi was the last manufacturer, who built this type of module. However, the production of all darlington transistors has been stopped also by Mitsubishi / Powerex in the year 2000.
Our QM30DY-H are sold out. But we have a compatible replacement: Toshiba MG50G2YL9
